Mini Stepper
Best For: Quick Cardio SEssions
IIf you want to feel the burn in a short amount of time, a mini stepper is a great option. It’s compact and perfect if you’re short on space, while still delivering an effective workout. The stepper-like motion targets your glutes and legs and gets your heart rate up in very little time.
I also love how easy it is to use while watching TV. The mini stepper is low-impact and includes a display that tracks time spent and steps taken, making it easy to stay motivated. On days when I want to work up a sweat but only have ten or fifteen minutes, I jump on my mini stepper and get it done.
