As a travel agent who specializes in Disney World, a question I hear asked often is whether or not you need MagicBands for your trip to Disney World. The short answer is no. You do not need MagicBands for your Disney Trip.

If you wear a watch like I do, it may feel awkward and bulky to have a MagicBand on one arm and your watch on the other arm. What’s the solution?

One of the things I will go to my grave defending about Disney World resorts is the hefty number of outlets in each of their rooms.

If you don’t wear a watch and plan to wear your MagicBand as-is, I highly recommend MagicBand band keepers.

While Disney World is extremely safe, I always have anxiety in the middle of big crowds with my children.
